J U D G M E N T

The petitioner challenges non inclusion of play 'Sugandhavyapari' for professional dramas conducted by the 2nd respondent. It appears that the petitioner was selected at zonal level. The petitioner submits that the venue selected for the zonal competition is unfit for their performance and therefore they could not perform to the best of their ability. They seek a direction to take part at State level. It is to be noted that Ext.P2 is the notice pointing out the venue is dated 12.11.2015. The petitioner did not raise any objection before taking part in the competition. The objection has been raised now after selection of the final team to represent the zonal level. In such a circumstances, this Court cannot interfere with selection. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
