Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that though he has filed a suit in the Munsiff's Court being O.S. No.45/2015 against respondents 4 and 5, at the instance of respondents 4 and 5, police is summoning the petitioner and pressurising him to withdraw the Suit.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that two crimes i.e. Crime Nos.868/2015 and 969/2015 have already been registered against the petitioner and in connection to which he was called to the police station. It is submitted that the petitioner was asked to show the original of some documents and no action of harassment has been meted out to the petitioner.
WP(C) No. 38531 of 2015 -:2:- In view of the aforesaid submission, we do not think that any direction need to be passed in this writ petition. Hence the Writ Petition is closed.
