J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has been selected for awarding a work as per Ext.P1 notice. The petitioner has to make security deposit and performance guarantee as evidenced by Ext.P1. The petitioner claims that the petitioner is entitled for more amount, as contained in Ext.P2, than payable as per Ext.P1.

In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to adjust the amount payable to the petitioner as per Ext.P2, towards the security deposit and performance guarantee mentioned in Ext.P1; and time for executing the agreement is extended by one week. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
