J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has obtained Ext.P1 order under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilization Order from the 2nd respondent. The petitioner approached the 3rd respondent with Ext.P2 application to reassess the land and to correct the Basic Tax Register, settlement register and other revenue records. He seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 within a time frame.

This Court is of the view that the 3rd respondent shall be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
