J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that during re-survey, her property is shown in a different re-survey number and the property has been wrongly shown as revenue land. She alleges that there is anomaly in the re-survey records.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to approach the Additional Tahsildar, Mananthavady with a representation in this regard. In the event of filing such a representation, the Additional Tahsildar, Mananthavady shall consider the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
