J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J.
This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection for the life of the petitioner and her family members and for the marriage of petitioner's daughter, Eva Francis, to be held on 30.12.2015. The petitioner submits that she apprehends that the 3rd respondent may create obstruction to the marriage function to be conducted on account of some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner's son, Sam Francis and the 3rd respondent's daughter, Raji Raphel.

Learned State Attorney on instructions would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent was summoned and he had given a written undertaking that he will not cause any such obstruction as alleged by the petitioner.
We take on record the above submission and also observe that if there is any such obstruction, the 2nd respondent
