J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for an early disposal of the revision filed under Section 13 A of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 13 A of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act and pass appropriate orders on the same after hearing the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
