JUDGMENT

The petitioner who seeks to shift the alignment of an electric line from its present alignment, over the property of the petitioner, to a different alignment, has preferred Ext.P2 representation before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass the said representation expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent board.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment , after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ petition along with the copy of this judgment, before the 2nd respondent, for further action.

The writ petition is disposed as above.
