JUDGMENT
The petitioner submits that the Women Commission has no power to entertain Ext.P1 complaint.

This Court is of the view that if the petitioner questions the jurisdiction of the Women Commission, certainly, the petitioner is free to raise such objection before the Women Commission. Therefore, with liberty to raise such objection before the Women Commission, the writ petition is disposed of.

For raising such objection before the Women Commission, the petitioner is free to appear through a counsel. If the Women Commission is of the view, the personal appearance of the petitioner is required, certainly, the
