J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs: "1.
To issue writ of mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to conduct a joint inspection and resurvey of the petitioner's land.
2.
To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to 1st and 2nd respondents to rectify or make necessary amendments in Anakkayam Village in Block No.44 falling in survey No.101/4/1 in accordance with the result of re-survey.
3.
To pass any such other reliefs or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to and proper for the circumstances of the case."
Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct a joint inspection after issuing notice to the petitioner and all other affected parties and complete the exercise to conduct resurvey and demarcation of the petitioner's property within a period of three months.
