JUDGMENT

The petitioners approached the respondent-The District Collector, Ernakulam under Section 13A of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act. Ext.P1 is the application.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings based on Ext.P1 within a period of three months after issuing notice to the petitioners.
