JUDGMENT

The petitioners approached the respondent-The District Collector under Section 13A of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act. The only request of the petitioners is an early disposal of the above application.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings based on Ext.P1 within a period of three months after issuing notice to the petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
