JUDGMENT
Ext. P5 judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal concluded as follows:- "In the said circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the application filed by the appellant for issue of temporary permit for four months in the vacant timings of KL-08 AH 2728 in view of G.O.(P) No. 45/2015/Trans."

The entitlement of the petitioner to operate service as a limited stop ordinary service in the light of G.O.(P). No. 45/2015/Trans. cannot be disputed. The second respondent is therefore directed to comply with the directions of Ext. P5 judgment within two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of.
