JUDGMENT

The Senior Government Pleader points out that the failure to produce the current records by the petitioner for the vehicle offered is the reason for not issuing the granted permit. The petitioner undertakes to produce the current records for the vehicle KL-02-S-7767 within a period of ten days from today.

The respondent shall issue the granted permit to the petitioner after settlement of timings within a period of one month on the petitioner producing the current records of the vehicle aforesaid within ten days as undertaken.

The writ petition is disposed of.
