JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims that he is the holder of permit as on 09.01.2015. Therefore, in the light of Ext.P2 order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, he is entitled for renewal of quarrying permit. This Court is of the view that the Geologist shall verify whether the petitioner is the holder of permit as on 9.1.2015. If the petitioner is the holder of quarrying permit, the same shall be renewed subject to further orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court without insisting for environment clearance.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
