JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines its relief to an early consideration of Ext. P3 representation. The same has been filed disputing the liability of the petitioner to pay the dues.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P3 representation within one month. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext. P1, P2 and P4 notices shall be put on hold in the meanwhile.
