JUDGMENT

The petitioner has been awarded the work as per Ext.P1. He is directed to deposit security deposit. The petitioner is entitled for more amount from the Department as per Ext.P2.

In the light of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to adjust the amount payable by the petitioner as per Ext.P1 from the amount due to the petitioner as per Ext.P2. The time to execute the agreement is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
