J U D G M E N T

The third respondent though granted a regular permit is yet to be issued with one. The petitioner has filed Ext.P1 objection as regards the allotment of time schedule.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 objection as regards the timings alone with notice to the affected parties. The objection shall be considered at the time of timing conference preceding the issue of regular permit.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
