JUDGMENT

The petitioner submits that he has quarrying permit as on 9.1.2015. The petitioner seeks renewal of quarrying permit without environmental clearance in the light of Ext.P3 order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

This Court is of the view that the Geologist shall verify whether the petitioner has quarrying permit as on 9.1.2015. If the petitioner has necessary quarrying permit as on 9.1.2015, the Geologist shall renew the quarrying permit subject to further orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Needful shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
