JUDGMENT

A.M. SHAFFIQUE, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection against the threat of respondents 3 and 4 and their men, who come to her house demanding the repayment of loan amount which the petitioner has received from them and had threatened with loss of life, if amount is not paid.

2. Petitioner submits that for the purpose of her younger sister's marriage, she had borrowed an amount of 7,00,000/- ₹ from respondents 3 and 4 and as security she had issued a cheque in her bank account. Without any recourse to appropriate legal steps respondents 3 and 4 are attempting to threaten her and under fear of life she filed Ext.P1 complaint before the police. Since no action has been taken in the matter, this writ petition was filed.

3. Having regard to the nature of averments, we do not think that any direction as sought for is required to be passed.
