J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks regularisation in service as Conductor. Ext.P3 Government order and Ext.P2 duty details are relied on. The petitioner also places reliance on Exts.P4 and P5 judgments.

2. It is open to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the second respondent. Any such representation shall be dealt with after notice to the petitioner. The representation shall be disposed of within two months after the date of its receipt. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
