J U D G M E N T

The second respondent has been granted a regular permit. The same would be issued only after the settlement of timings. The timing conference for that purpose is scheduled on 31.12.2015.

2. The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 objection in that regard. The petitioner seeks a consideration of Ext.P3 objection in the timing conference. There cannot be any objection to that course.

3. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The same shall be done before finalising the timings for the operation of service by the second respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
