JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached the Passport Authority to correct the entry relating to the Date of Birth in the Passport. It appears that the difference of the Date of Birth is less than two years.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following directions are issued:

i) If the petitioner produces necessary documents before the Passport Authority for correction, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

ii) Needless to say, the petitioner has to produce all the documents before the Passport Authority for further action.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
