All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the dues demanded in Ext.P2 notice pursuant to Ext.P1 order. The amount is due to the sole respondent under the provisions of the Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
2. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in 12 equal monthly instalments starting from 21.1.2016. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P2 notice shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps can surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments due.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
