J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application for temporary permit. The petitioner asserts that such temporary permit is sought to operate service in a defaulted vacancy.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. The decision shall be taken after circulation of papers in the event of a meeting not being convened within the period of one month stipulated above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
