JUDGMENT
The limited prayer of the petitioners, whose residential houses would be affected by the implementation of the proposal to construct the Marykalungu Chungam bypass as now proposed, is for a direction to the 2nd respondent, before whom, they have submitted Ext.P1 representation under Section 4 of the Right to Fare Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, after hearing the petitioners.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioners within a period of one month after hearing the petitioners.
