JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent by Ext.P1 alleging that the 3rd respondent has made a channel through the petitioner's paddy land making it is impossible for the petitioner to cultivate the paddy in his land. Ext.P1 is the complaint.
2. This Court is of the view that the 2nd respondent shall enquire into the complaint and take appropriate decision after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
