JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the holder of the building permit. The building permit shows that the petitioner is constructing a residential as well as commercial buildings.

2. Considering the nature of the plinth area, this Court is of the view that necessary O.A. Forms shall be issued to the petitioner in terms of Rule 14 of Kerala Minor Mineral Concession Rules, within a period of two weeks. The number of vehicles to be deployed by the petitioner shall not be restricted.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
