JUDGMENT
Ramachandran Nair, J.
This writ petition is filed by the father of Ms.Chithra alleging that she is under detention by the first respondent. 2.
After issuance of notice, she was brought before this Court and a Division Bench of this Court has passed an order on 6.2.2015 after interacting with the parties. On that day, she wanted to go along with her parents for two weeks and the Bench permitted her to go with the parents.
3.
Today, she is present along with her parents. We have interacted with the girl. According to her, she was forced by him to leave her home and to undertake the alleged marriage. According to her, there is no marriage itself, whereas the learned counsel for the first respondent submits that there was a marriage properly conducted. 4.
We are not going into the merits of the matter, since the girl
W.P.(Crl.)No.53/2015 has expressed her decision to go along with her parent. We permit her to go along with her parents. The Police Officer, who is present in Court, will render assistance to reach their house. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JUDGE P.V.ASHA, JUDGE sv.
