JUDGMENT

K.T.Sankaran, J.

The petitioner is not present. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is on his way and that he will reach the Court within half an hour. The alleged detenue is present. Her mother (6th respondent) is also present. We interacted with them. The alleged detenue stated that she is not under the illegal detention of her mother as alleged and that she does not want to go with the petitioner. She is very clear in her future plans in life and she does not want to live with the petitioner. We are satisfied that she is not under the illegal detention of the sixth respondent. No further directions are required in the matter.

The Writ Petition (Criminal) is, accordingly, closed. (K.T.SANKARAN) Judge (P.D.RAJAN) Judge ahz/
