JUDGMENT
K.T. Sankaran, J.
The petitioner alleges that his son Sujil, aged 27 years is under the illegal detention of Ancy Sebastian, the first respondent. The petitioner prays for issuing a writ of habeas corpus to produce the body of Sujil before the court and to set him at liberty.
2. When the writ petition came up for admission, the learned Government Pleader was directed to get instructions.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that Sujil, son of the petitioner is involved in Crime No. 19 of 2015 of Koduvalli
WPCR. 106/2015 Police Station, Kozhikode for the offences under Sections 375, 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and the aggrieved person therein is none other than the first respondent. The learned Government Pleader also submits that Sujil is now absconding. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the first respondent. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Sd/- K.T.
