The petitioner alleged that he has been in love with Lasina, the detenue, and that she is illegally detained by the fourth respondent, the father's sister of Lasina.
2. When the Writ Petition came up for admission on 13.3.2015, a Division Bench of this Court directed the second respondent to make discrete enquiries as regards the averments made in the Writ Petition and furnish details to this Court by 19.3.2015. A copy of the Writ Petition (Criminal) was also ordered to be furnished to the second respondent.
3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the Sub Inspector of Police, Edakkad Police Station met Lasina and the

fourth respondent and recorded their statements on 17.3.2015. We have gone through the statements. The statements would make it abundantly clear that Lasina is not under the illegal detention of the fourth respondent.
