JUDGMENT

K.T.Sankaran, J.

The petitioner alleged that his daughter is under the illegal detention of the fifth respondent. The petitioner, his wife, the fifth respondent and the alleged detenue are present. We interacted with them. The petitioner and his wife stated that they have agreed for the marriage of their daughter Jubina (the detenue) with Anzil (fifth respondent) and the marriage will be conducted within one month. Jubina agreed to go with her parents now and to reside with them till the marriage. These submissions and statements are recorded and the Writ Petition is closed accordingly.
