J U D G M E N T

A.M. Shaffique , J.

The father of Smt. Rincy Philip has approached this court for a writ of habeas corpus to produce the detenue alleging that she is in the illegal confinement of respondents 4 to 6.

When the above matter came up before this court, by an interim order dated 6.4.2015 this court directed the detenue who was brought before this court to be accommodated at Santhinikethan Hostel, Pachalam and further directions were also issued.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that notice of marriage has already been issued and the parties were directed to appear on or after 10.5.2015. It is also submitted that the detenue has to

W.P.(Crl.) No.136 of 2015 -2undergo an interview at Thiruvananthapuram on 6.5.2015. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the detenue has already decided to marry the 4th respondent, she can choose her own will in the matter. The interaction with the detenue did not yield any result.

Having regard to the factual situation, we do not think that there is any necessity to accommodate the detenue at Santhinikethan Hostel, Pachalam. She is free to choose her own wish.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
