Shaffique,J This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of habeas corpus alleging that the detenue is in the illegal custody of the 4th respondent. When the detenue was produced before this Court, the parties wished that the matter could be settled by way of mediation. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the mediation has failed. Further it is stated that the detenue had expressed her intention to go with her parents. Having regard to the fact that the detenue was not under the illegal custody of any person, there is no necessity to proceed with this petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
