The alleged detenue was produced in Court and she submits before us that she is not in illegal custody of the 5th respondent. We, hence, directed Syamila Sasikumar to interact with the petitioner, who is the mother. We had also talked both to the petitioner-mother and Syamila Sasikumar, the latter of whom submits that she wants to go with her husband. In the circumstance of the said Syamila Sasikumar having entered into a valid marriage with the 5th respondent, nothing survives in the writ petition.
