This writ petition is filed alleging that the mother of the petitioner Smt.G.Suseela is missing since the first week of April, 2015 and the respondents, who are duty bound to cause appropriate enquiries in the matter, are not taking any action in that regard.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the whereabouts of the mother of the petitioner has been traced out and as such, the writ petition is not pressed.

W.P.(Crl.) No.170/2015-S.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
