J U D G M E N T
C.K. Abdul Rehim, J.
The alleged detenue Ms.Sui Kumar is present before the court. We interacted with her. She had specifically stated that she is not in any illegal confinement of her parents as alleged in the writ petition. She expressed desire to go along with the first respondent, who is her father.

Under the above mentioned circumstances, we do not find any merit in the writ petition which is filed raising allegation to the effect that the alleged detenue is in illegal custody of the Ist respondent.

Under the above mentioned circumstances, the writ petition is hereby dismissed. The alleged detenue is permitted to go along with the Ist respondent.
