JUDGMENT

K.T.Sankaran, J.

Rajesh Khanna, the husband of the petitioner, was detained under Section 3(1) of the Kerala Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act. The Writ Petition is filed challenging the detention order. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that on the basis of the opinion and report furnished by the Advisory Board, the order of detention was revoked as per the order of revocation No.35343/SS A5/2015/Home dated 17.6.2015 and the detenu was released from detention.
