JUDGMENT
C.K. Abdul Rehim, J Counsel on both sides submits that the disputes existed between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent arisen out of the matrimonial relationship has already been settled and the parties have arrived at a compromise regarding custody of the minor child, who is the alleged detenue in this writ petition. It is also submitted that the parties have decided to resume cohabitation. It is further submitted that the petitioner is now going along with the 3rd respondent to reside together at Thirupur in Tamil Nadu State.
