JUDGMENT

C.K. Abdul Rehim, J This petition is filed seeking a writ of Habeas Corpse directing for production of the wife and minor child of the petitioner, based on an allegation that they are illegally detained by her parents.

When the matter came up for consideration, we directed the 4th respondent to conduct a discrete enquiry and to get a statement recorded from the wife of the petitioner, independently. The 4th respondent had submitted a report enclosing a statement recorded. After a perusal of the report and statement and the accompanying documents, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty reserved to approach the appropriate court, seeking reliefs pertaining to the matrimonial

W.P.(Crl.) No.266 of 2015 disputes.

Permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court seeking reliefs with respect to the matrimonial disputes.
