JUDGMENT

C.K.ABDUL REHIM, J Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a marriage between the petitioner and the alleged detenue Ms.Ranjitha, daughter of the third respondent, was solemnized as per Religious Rights and Ceremonies on 24.06.2015, in a temple at Manakkapady, Karumalloor and the alleged detenue Ms.Renjitha is now staying along with the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader had produced a statement recorded from the alleged detenue to the effect of reiterating the marriage, which had taken place on 24.06.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is taking immediate steps to register the marriage under the Kerala Registration of Marriages (Common) Rules, without any further delay.

2. Under the above mentioned circumstances,

W.P.(Crl).No.268 of 2015 it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Therefore the writ petition is hereby disposed of by recording the above submissions.
