J U D G M E N T

C.K. Abdul Rehim, J:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has become infructuous in view of the marriage already solemnised between the petitioner and the alleged detenue under the Special Marriage Act.

He has also produced the Certificate of Marriage for our perusal. It is evident that a marriage between the petitioner and the alleged detenue was solemnised before the Marriage Officer, Eravipuram on 03-07-2015. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
