JUDGMENT
C.K.Abdul Rehim, J.
Father of the alleged detenue Miss.Dhimi Mol.P.D is the petitioner. Allegation is that she is being detained by the 7th respondent at some unknown place. It is stated that the 7th respondent is a married person, having one child in his legal wedlock. The 8th respondent is the mother of the 7th respondent. When the case came up for admission on 14.07.2015, we ordered notice to respondents 7 and 8 and directed production of the alleged detenue Miss.Dhimi Mol P.D.
2. Today when the case is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged detenue was traced out and she was released from the custody of the 7th respondent, and she had joined her parental house along with the petitioner.
3. Under such circumstances, it is submitted
W.P.(Crl).No.309 of 2015 that, no further orders are required in this writ petition. It is also submitted that a case registered in connection with missing of the alleged detenue, against the 7th respondent is being investigated. Learned Government Pleader submitted that the 7th respondent was arrested in the said case and he is remanded to judicial custody.
Since the petitioner had informed that no further orders is required in view of the fact that the alleged detenue had came back to the parental house, this writ petition is hereby closed.
