J U D G M E N T
C.K. Abdul Rehim, J:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged detenue had come back to the house of the petitioner and hence there is no necessity to pursue this writ petition which was filed seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus. It is also submitted that a complaint has been lodged by the alleged detenue against the 4th respondent alleging kidnapping.

The above writ petition is dismissed in view of the fact that the alleged detenue is not under any illegal confinement, at present. It will be left open to the police authorities to take appropriate steps if any complaint is lodged by the alleged detenue.
