Pursuant to order passed by this court on 13.11.2015 the 5th respondent had produced a statement of the alleged detenue recorded by deputing a woman Police officer on today. But, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after recording the statement the alleged detenue was released from custody of the 6th respondent and she is now in the custody of the petitioner and they are proceeding with further steps to solemnize the marriage. Under such circumstances, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this court again if circumstance warrant.

Under the above mentioned circumstance, permission to withdraw this writ petition is granted. The writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner as mentioned above.
