Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.V.Narasingh, who was then counsel for the Petitioner, from the Cause List. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners files a Memo. indicating that in the meantime, O.P.1 has died in the meantime and her legal heirs are already on Record. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that her Client does not want to pursue the interim protection granted by this Court on 27.1.2020 and suit involved may be targeted.

Since the Legal Heirs of O.P.1 are already on Record, the name of O.P.1 be deleted from the Cause Title. In the process, this Court in disposal of the CMP directs the trial court to conclude the hearing of T.S. No.19 of 2001, which was originally instituted in 1989, and dispose of the same at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
