1. This application has been filed for correction of the judgment dated 5th July, 2022.

2.It is pointed out that in paragraph-6 of the judgment dated 05.07.2022 it has been inadvertently typed as "Sadar P.S. Case No. 287 of 1997" instead of "Sadar P.S. Case No.288 of 1997" and the "G.R. Case No.1347 of 1996" instead of "G.R.Case No. 1321 of 1996". The same may be corrected and read as "Sadar P.S. Case No. 288 of 1997" and "G.R.Case No. 1321 of 1996". Rest part of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.

3. It is further stated that the Appellant/Applicant No.1 Ajay Kumar Swain is suffering from 'Graves disease' and the other Appellants are looking after him. Accordingly, the time for surrendering is extended till 16th August, 2022.

4. Certified copy of the judgment be provided to counsel for the Appellants/Applicants after the above corrections.

5. The I.A. is disposed of.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
