Since the order impugned is appealable one, this Writ Petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appellate authority, if they are so advised. Since the Writ Petition is pending before this Court from the year 2013, the petitioners are also at liberty to file an application for condonation of delay, which is to be considered by the appellate authority liberally.
