1. The request of the Petitioner's is that his retainer fees is yet to be paid by the Orissa Consumer Cooperative Federation Ltd. (Opposite Party No.1). His bills are at Annexure Nos. 4 & 5 and the representation at Annexure-6. Despite notice no counter affidavit has been filed till date. In that view of the matter a direction is issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to examine the bills of the Petitioner, process them, take a decision thereon and the amount found payable be paid to the Petitioner not later than 10th October, 2022. A copy of this order be sent by the Registry to the Opposite Party No.1 forthwith for compliance.
